Iron Horse Village is a new mixed-use community in Mesquite, Texas coming from Centurion American Development Group. The development will sit on 54 acres of prime real estate adjacent to the famed Mesquite Arena. Iron Horse Village will incorporate 336 single-family homes, 130,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and entertainment space, and 4.5 acres of green space.
