The Plan

Centurion American Development Group’s mixed-use project, Iron Horse Village, in Mesquite, TX will encompass 54 acres of prime real estate adjacent to the iconic, Mesquite Arena. Upon completion, the development will include 336 single-family homes, 130,000 sq. ft. of retail, restaurant and entertainment space, and 4.5 acres of open space, featuring creeks, ponds, trails and more.

Single-family residential homesites will feature 30 detached villas, 51 detached bungalows, 57 detached urban row homes and 198 rear-entry townhomes. With the exception of the three-story urban row homes, the houses will be one or two stories tall.

Designs feature decorative masonry and metal walls that reflect and modernize the rodeo culture of Mesquite, incorporating steel cattle, sculptures, benches, pathways and native landscaping.
