Iron Horse Village will incorporate130,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and entertainment space, and 4.5 acres of creeks, ponds, trails, open space, lookouts and park space. Designs feature decorative masonry and metal walls that reflect and modernize the rodeo culture of Mesquite, incorporating steel cattle, sculptures, benches, pathways and native landscaping.
